Minimum Requirements
6–10 years of experience in software development and backend engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with Rust and Java.
Experience with distributed systems, concurrency, multithreading, and asynchronous programming.
Work Arrangement: Must be onsite in Bangalore 5 days a week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to independently own complex technical deliverables and collaborate across Product, QA, and DevOps teams.
Experience working on scalable, low-latency backend systems supporting fintech or real-time financial data is preferred though not mandatory.
Strong background in building APIs, microservices, and working with databases, caching, and messaging platforms like Kafka.
