Technical Lead - Software Engineer

Lead design and development of scalable, reliable software solutions for semiconductor manufacturing automation.

Drive architecture and technical direction across multiple system layers including frontend, backend, databases, and AI-powered systems, making pragmatic technology choices.

Partner with product managers and domain experts to translate operational challenges into software solutions that improve manufacturing productivity, quality, and automation.

8+ years of software engineering experience building and operating production-grade systems.

Strong software design and system architecture skills with experience in backend technologies like Python, TypeScript, NestJS and frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, Kubernetes deployment and troubleshooting, event-driven architectures, and message-based systems.

Work Experience Required: 8+ years

Able to make pragmatic engineering decisions balancing short-term delivery with long-term maintainability and simplicity.

Comfortable working across multiple layers of complex systems and learning unfamiliar domains quickly, especially semiconductor manufacturing.

Experienced in mentoring engineers, influencing both technical and product decisions, and driving system-level thinking beyond immediate components.
