About This Role
- Lead design and development of scalable, reliable software solutions for semiconductor manufacturing automation.
- Drive architecture and technical direction across multiple system layers including frontend, backend, databases, and AI-powered systems, making pragmatic technology choices.
- Partner with product managers and domain experts to translate operational challenges into software solutions that improve manufacturing productivity, quality, and automation.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience building and operating production-grade systems.
- Strong software design and system architecture skills with experience in backend technologies like Python, TypeScript, NestJS and frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, Kubernetes deployment and troubleshooting, event-driven architectures, and message-based systems.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years

- Able to make pragmatic engineering decisions balancing short-term delivery with long-term maintainability and simplicity.
- Comfortable working across multiple layers of complex systems and learning unfamiliar domains quickly, especially semiconductor manufacturing.
- Experienced in mentoring engineers, influencing both technical and product decisions, and driving system-level thinking beyond immediate components.
