Develop and maintain client-specific IVR and Digital Chat scripts on NICE or equivalent telephony platforms, including API integrations using JSON and RESTful APIs.
Contribute to application development and support for customer service portals using React, DynamoDB, and related technologies, including troubleshooting SQL/NoSQL queries.
Collaborate with Telephony, Salesforce, Workforce Management, and Development teams to support new client rollouts, service requests, and ensure operational readiness.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
1–3 years of experience in software development, telephony/IVR scripting, contact center technology, or a related technical role.
Familiarity with JavaScript or similar scripting languages, JSON, RESTful APIs, React, DynamoDB, and basic SQL.
Understanding of Agile methodologies, Git version control, and collaborative software development workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working with telephony platforms and contact center technologies such as IVR, ACD, and digital chat.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Telephony, Salesforce, WFM, and Development teams under technical leadership.
Interest or exposure to benefits administration domain and willingness to learn proprietary scripting languages and new technologies.
