About This Role

Design and implement test automation strategies and frameworks using Core Java to enhance testing coverage and quality.

Develop and maintain reusable automation code and execute automated test scenarios for both functional and non-functional requirements.

Analyze manual QA processes, identify root causes of automation failures, and propose improvements aligned with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Minimum Requirements

6–10 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) or software development role.

Proficiency in Core Java programming and hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium or Playwright, and unit testing frameworks like TestNG.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Ability to work in Agile/Scrum development environments; experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines) is a plus.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in designing and enhancing test automation frameworks with strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Capable of translating functional and non-functional requirements into comprehensive automated test scenarios.

Comfortable working in Agile teams and familiar with software architecture and system integrations in complex environments.
