Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of experience in application development, delivering systems from inception to implementation.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Stack (.Net Core, .Net Framework, MS SQL Server), cloud-native applications, microservices (REST, JSON, Python), and deployment/configuration of cloud-native applications.
Familiarity with AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Devin), unstructured data models (Cosmos, VectorDB), data streaming (Kafka), and DevOps tools (Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in complex, multi-tier cloud-native software development with strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and AI-powered development tools.
Prior exposure to financial services domain including banking, wealth/investment management is beneficial but not mandatory.
Skilled in driving automation, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and mentoring engineers in adopting AI and cloud technologies.
