Ideal Candidate Profile
Technically proficient with a wide range of languages and tools including Java, JavaScript (ExtJS), UIpath/Pega Bot scripting, Microservices, SQL variants, Cloud fundamentals (Azure/AWS), and monitoring tools like Splunk and Prometheus.
Experienced in managing production support in a high-availability environment, especially in the banking sector.
Comfortable working in a hybrid model with a focus on day shift (India timezone) operations.
