Sr Manager, Software Development & Engineering Senior - People Leader (Cyber Security)

Oversee design, development, and execution of test plans, scenarios, and cases covering API, UI, scheduled jobs, and DB tests with operational responsibility for QA delivery.

Implement workflow automations, regression testing automation, incident response automation, and manage development of solutions using low-code platforms and AI tools like GitHub Copilot.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.

10+ years hands-on QA engineering and testing experience with progressive scope including API, UI, and database testing.

5+ years leading QA teams and 5+ years of experience with Agile/Kanban methodologies.

5+ years supporting Cyber Security tools/applications and 8+ years enterprise system administration experience with technologies under regulatory oversight.

Experienced leader managing QA and automation teams in Cyber Security domain focusing on Identity and Access Management and risk workflow automation.

Strategic operator who delivers AI-enabled and low-code workflow automations integrating multiple cyber security tools and platforms.

Experienced in transforming manual QA processes to automation at scale within regulated, enterprise-level environments.
