Take ownership of technical deliverables including system design, performance bottleneck resolution, and improving system observability and production stability.
Minimum Requirements
6–10 years of software development and backend engineering experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in Rust and Java.
Experience with distributed systems, concurrency, multithreading, and asynchronous programming.
Work Arrangement: Must work 5 days a week in Bangalore office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building scalable financial backend systems with strong architecture and performance optimization skills.
Capable of independently owning complex technical projects and collaborating cross-functionally with product, QA, and DevOps teams.
Has practical knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka and databases (relational or NoSQL) relevant to fintech environments.
