Develop and maintain full stack applications using Python backend (FastAPI, Flask, Django) and ReactJS frontend technologies.

Minimum Requirements
5+ years of strong Python development experience with backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
Proficient in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and UI frameworks like Material UI or Ant Design.
Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB preferred).
Experience leading teams of 3-8 developers and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Full stack developer comfortable with microservices and cloud-native technologies, preferably on Azure or AWS/GCP.
Technical leader capable of mentoring team members and managing complex technical discussions.
Familiarity with AI/ML integrations (OpenAI services, LangChain, RAG, vector databases) is a plus but not mandatory.
