Assistant Manager - Product Management

Own and drive product specifications, approvals, and solution development for Projects Business, ensuring product positioning across key projects.

Manage project pipeline and opportunity tracking, prioritizing high-potential projects and recommending corrective actions to enhance project conversion.

Support New Product Development initiatives including business case development, competitor analysis, and cross-functional coordination for project-specific product requirements.

Minimum 6 years relevant experience in Product Management, Projects Business, Technical Marketing, Specifications, NPD, or similar roles.

Engineering qualification preferred; MBA/Postgraduate preferred but not mandatory.

Experience in plumbing, sanitary, drainage, piping systems, building materials, construction products, or other project-driven technical products preferred.

Fluent English required; working proficiency in Hindi; regional language proficiency advantageous but not mandatory.

Experienced in managing specification-based product sales lifecycle with a focus on consulting and project stakeholder engagement.

Strong technical understanding of plumbing or construction products aligned with project-driven environments.

Demonstrated ability in cross-functional coordination and project pipeline analysis to drive product adoption and new product development aligned with market and competitor intelligence.
