Technical Project Manager

Lead end-to-end delivery and operations for critical Platform as a Service (PaaS) initiatives, managing roadmaps, resources, stakeholder expectations, and platform reliability.

Own capacity planning and resource management across distributed engineering teams globally, including forecasting demand and supporting hiring.

Drive AI-enabled program management practices and represent the team in technical and executive forums to ensure alignment and deliver operational metrics and reports.

10+ years in program/project management, technical program management, or Scrum Master roles in software/platform engineering.

Proven experience managing delivery and operations for mission-critical platform or infrastructure services (e.g., Kubernetes, API gateways, Kafka).

Strong technical fluency to engage in architecture, deployment, incident management, and operational discussions.

Hands-on use of AI tools for project management and leadership of globally distributed cross-functional teams.

Experienced in portfolio-level resource planning and capacity management across multiple high-priority programs simultaneously.

Comfortable working across global teams and multiple time zones with a focus on measurable operational outcomes.

Technical background or prior exposure in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering combined with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
