Senior Finance Lead (Program Financial Controller)

Own end-to-end financial operations and commercial governance for a high-impact client program, including P&L management, revenue assurance, billing, and cost control.

Lead financial forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting using tools like DSWeb or ERP systems while ensuring data integrity.

Advise program leadership on financial strategies such as margin improvement, contract compliance, order management, invoice accuracy, and cash flow monitoring.

10+ years of experience in financial planning, commercial management, or program financial control, preferably in IT services or consulting.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Commerce; professional finance qualifications (CA, CMA, CIMA, CPA, or MBA Finance) strongly preferred.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex modeling, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and basic VBA/macros.

Experience with financial tools like DSWeb or equivalent ERP/project accounting systems (e.g., SAP FI/CO, Oracle Financials).

Operates independently with full ownership of program financials, capable of managing ambiguities and driving governance without close supervision.

Experienced in proactive financial controls and governance including billability and resource utilization audits to optimize financial performance.

Skilled at translating complex financial data into actionable insights and communicating effectively with senior leadership and delivery teams.
