Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or computer science.
8+ years of IT experience in data and reporting technologies including Tableau and Power BI.
4+ years of people management experience managing at least four resources.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 8+ years in related IT and data/reporting projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading data and reporting projects with deep expertise in Tableau, Power BI, data integration, and data modeling.
Strong people management skills with experience coaching and mentoring technical teams of 4-5 members.
Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes, semantic model optimization, and SQL query development in enterprise environments.
