Manager, Policy Implementation and Communication, Trust and Safety

Manage a global team defining strategy and tracking progress on policy implementation and communication related to Trust and Safety across Ads and Shopping.

Lead scalable, multi-area initiatives targeting high-risk user harm, scams, elections, personalized ads, compliance, and customer experience.

Drive cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders to shape policy roadmaps, roll out updates, and manage large-scale programs without direct authority.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

13 years in data analytics, cybersecurity, program management, business strategy, technology research, anti-abuse, or policy-related fields.

5 years of people management experience including hiring, mentoring, and retaining global teams.

Work Experience Required: 13 years relevant expertise as stated above.

Experienced in influencing senior leadership and managing complex stakeholder relationships across global organizations.

Demonstrated ability to lead multi-variable strategic initiatives involving technical, legal, business, and policy domains.

Familiarity with AI concepts and internet policy issues such as intellectual property, misinformation, privacy, and online safety.
