Lead and manage accounting and financial reporting for assigned clients ensuring accuracy and integrity of books of accounts.
Ensure compliance with predefined SLAs and prepare complex accounting entries, schedules including intercompany and consolidation.
Provide audit support, review VAT and other applicable returns, liaise with stakeholders, and complete ad-hoc projects.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 6 years post-qualification experience with accounting and financial reporting.
Must have CA or CMA qualification; IFRS and US GAAP certification preferable.
Experience with IFRS and US GAAP exposure is preferable.
Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli) or Indore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong accounting acumen with experience in handling complex financial reporting and compliance requirements.
Able to work independently with strong organizational and analytical skills, managing deadlines under pressure.
Experience in Shared Services Center (SSC) or BPO environment is advantageous.
