Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3-6 years of professional software engineering experience with production-grade applications.
Strong proficiency in Python; experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, relational/NoSQL databases.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in AI/ML backend development, specifically with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI systems.
Capable of rapidly prototyping and iterating complex AI-driven solutions balancing scalability and maintainability.
Familiar with modern software engineering best practices, cloud-native architectures, and cross-functional collaboration with data scientists and product managers.
