Coordinate and track product and chemical compliance activities globally, ensuring adherence to regulatory and customer requirements.
Manage compliance data, reporting, and documentation, including monthly KPI reports and maintaining several compliance systems and databases.
Support updates and monitoring of Restricted Substances List (RSL), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and testing schedules for product safety compliance.
Minimum Requirements
Degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Materials/Textile Engineering or similar.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a business environment.
Understanding of legal requirements related to Health & Safety and Environment.
Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; data management experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in textile or manufacturing environments preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of global chemical regulations (UK/EU REACH, RoHS, US EPA TSCA, etc.) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) processes is advantageous.
Ability to manage compliance workflows, communicate effectively, and prioritize tasks within a global compliance team context.
