Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Information Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Knowledge Management, or related field.
15+ years of experience in Information Architecture, Content Strategy, Technical Documentation, or Knowledge Management.
Proven expertise in content modeling, metadata, taxonomy, controlled vocabularies, and structured authoring (XML/DITA).
Experience with CCMS platforms, metadata-driven publishing, digital content delivery, content governance, and defining content-related KPIs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior leader in information architecture or content strategy capable of leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
Experienced in designing AI-ready, machine-readable technical documentation for automation and semantic knowledge delivery.
Strong collaboration skills with an ability to translate complex business needs into scalable content and architecture solutions across multiple product divisions.
