Lead and manage the FOGSI-Koita Centre for Digital Maternal and Child Care (FOGSI-KCDM) initiatives, including execution of digital health adoption strategies in maternal and newborn care.

Monitor adoption metrics, analyze outcomes, prepare reports for leadership, and represent FOGSI-KCDM in external forums and fundraising efforts.
Minimum Requirements
8–10 years of overall professional experience with at least 4 years in healthcare, public health, or digital health program management.
Master's degree preferred in public health, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or Business Administration.
Location requirement: Mumbai (FOGSI Headquarters).
Experience with maternal and newborn health programs and/or provider-facing digital health initiatives is desirable but not explicitly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing healthcare or digital health programs involving multiple stakeholders including clinicians and healthcare organizations.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects that involve training, pilot implementation, and monitoring in maternal and newborn health.
Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, and reporting within healthcare or nonprofit environments focused on digital health adoption.
