Review and validate vendor and customer invoices for tax rates and codes, ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements and accurate ERP tax postings.
Contribute to automation and process excellence initiatives within Tax Centre of Excellence, impacting compliance efficiency and accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of relevant indirect tax experience including GST/VAT/SUT accounting.
Degree in finance, accounting, tax, or related field required.
Mandatory skills: GST + tax accounting experience, strong MS Excel, SAP knowledge required.
Location requirement: Must work 5 days a week from Bangalore office, Karnataka, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in Big 4 (Indirect Tax domain) or work in Tax CoE setups or fast-paced indirect tax teams in industry.
Strong analytical skills with capability to interpret complex multi-jurisdictional VAT/GST regulations and transaction flows.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally to meet compliance deadlines and support system/process automation.
