Biostatistical Programming Senior Associate (Innovation)

Develop and maintain programming solutions and tools to improve efficiency and scalability across global statistical programming teams.

Automate repeatable programming tasks using SAS, R, Python, and AI/machine learning technologies to optimize workflows in clinical trial data analysis.

Collaborate cross-functionally to design, deploy, and sustain innovative programming tools aligned with business and technical standards.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in biostatistics, statistics, mathematics, AI/data science, computer science, or related quantitative/scientific field.

Minimum 4 years of statistical programming experience in a clinical development environment.

Proficient in SAS programming and familiar with CDISC SDTM, ADaM, and Define standards for clinical data standards and validation.

Location requirement: role is based in Hyderabad, India.

Experienced in building and deploying automated/statistical programming tools including SAS macros, R/Python packages, and AI-driven assistants.

Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and statistical programming lifecycle including SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Capable of collaborating in a global, cross-cultural environment with a focus on innovation, problem solving, and structured project delivery.
