Provide SAP Basis support including system monitoring, troubleshooting, transport and client administration, kernel and support package maintenance.
Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams to resolve SAP issues, maintain availability, and support SAP environments (ECC, S/4HANA, DRC, BTP, Solution Manager).
Install, configure, test, and document tax automation software solutions; serve as point of contact for SAP Basis incidents and communicate status to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
3 years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience, including SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
Proficient in SAP system monitoring, transport management, OSS Note implementation, kernel updates, client administration, and system refresh activities.
Work Experience Required: 3 years SAP Basis administration experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in SAP Basis technical support with strong understanding of SAP landscape architecture and system connectivity.
Familiarity with SAP-related technical areas including ABAP development, SAP BTP, RESTful services, and integration technologies like XML/JSON, HTTP.
Able to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams and support SAP environments on Linux and Windows platforms.
