Design, develop, and support Microsoft Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI with integrations across M365, Azure, and third-party services.
Manage environment strategy, governance, ALM, and tenant policies to ensure secure and scalable deployment of business applications.
Engage directly with enterprise customers for solution discovery, scoping, and delivery, translating technical details into business terms and building strategic relationships.
Minimum Requirements
6–10 years enterprise experience with Microsoft stack business application development; minimum 5 years hands-on in Microsoft Power Platform.
2–3 years Power BI development and M365 / SharePoint Online administration experience.
Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Microsoft PL-400 and/or PL-300 certification highly desired but not strictly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced consultant or developer with strong technical expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online in enterprise environments.
Proven ability to lead end-to-end Power Platform solution delivery including environment governance, data modeling, integration, and application lifecycle management.
Skilled at customer-facing engagements, adept at translating complex technical challenges into understandable business impacts, and capable of building strategic customer trust and respect.
