Onboard and train new users on localization tools, workflows, and best practices while maintaining process documentation.
Troubleshoot tool and workflow issues independently and support vendor coordination and stakeholder communication across a global matrixed organization.
Minimum Requirements
2 to 3 years of experience working in localization.
Hands-on experience with localization workflows and at least one TMS platform.
Proficient communicator in English, capable of independently guiding users and following up with stakeholders.
Work Experience Required: 2 to 3 years in localization domain.
