Technical Consultant - Cloud -Performance Engineer,Jmeter,,Application Monitoring

Own the performance aspects of Java-based applications deployed on-premises or cloud, ensuring scalability, stability, and predictable behavior under real-world conditions.

Define, measure, analyze, and fix system performance issues using tools like JMeter and APM solutions; prepare and review performance test reports and defect findings.

Develop automation utilities/scripts for performance testing and mentor team members on performance testing activities.

1-3 years experience as a Performance Tester/Engineer with Java applications using JMeter or similar tools.

Proficiency in performance testing tools: JMeter, Gatling, k6; plus APM tools, log and profiling analysis.

Strong knowledge of Linux OS, shell scripting, performance commands, application monitoring tools (Telegraph, Influx, Grafana).

Understanding of Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), thread dump, GC logs, heap dump analysis, and performance metrics verification.

Experienced in performance engineering within Java environments, capable of handling end-to-end performance validation and problem resolution independently.

Comfortable working under pressure, prioritizing tasks, and demonstrating strong personal ownership and proactive approach.

Has knowledge or experience in cloud platforms (Azure or others), microservices, REST APIs, and monitoring/diagnostic tools, enhancing strategic impact on application performance.
