Develop and maintain global power market models/datasets across North America, Europe, and APAC using PLEXOS/Aurora tools.
Analyze power markets and production cost model results with visualization tools like Power BI and Excel.
Manage end-to-end processes including data research, model benchmarking, troubleshooting, and accuracy validation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Transmission preferred) or Power Systems.
0-2 years of experience in Energy Modeling and Power Market Analysis.
Proficiency in energy economic modeling tools such as PLEXOS, Aurora, PROMOD, PSO, Market Analytics, or PROSYM.
Expertise in Excel, Power BI, and similar data analysis/visualization tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience or understanding of North American, European, or Asian power markets is valued.
Ability to work autonomously and manage projects from start to finish with attention to detail.
Familiarity with Agile/Sprint methodologies and a strong problem-solving, analytical orientation.
