Design, develop, and implement business applications and automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
Build reusable components, custom controls, and integrate with Microsoft Azure, third-party services, and Dataverse for data management.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions that improve business processes and maintain existing Power Platform solutions.
Minimum Requirements
5-7 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience with Microsoft Azure services, programming skills in JavaScript, C#, .NET, Power Fx, and knowledge of data modeling, SQL.
Work Location: Pune; Hybrid work model requiring in-office presence on Monday, Wednesday, Friday; Working hours from 1:00 PM to 10 PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in advanced Power Platform development focusing on canvas and model-driven Power Apps, Power Fx scripting, and integration with Azure services.
Comfortable working in hybrid on-site/remote environment with specific in-office days and non-standard working hours aligned to IST timezone.
Strong capability to handle end-to-end application lifecycle management including deployment, maintenance, and stakeholder collaboration.
