Own and execute month-end accounting processes including revenue accounting entries, journal entries, GL reconciliations, IC invoicing, and bank reconciliations for EMEA entities.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, SOX controls, and completeness of financial close activities within the defined month-end calendar.
Collaborate with EMEA Accounting Managers, Financial Controllers, GBS, Internal Audit, Tax, and other stakeholders to support accurate and timely financial reporting.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably B.Com or M.Com.
3-4 years of accounting experience, preferably under US GAAP.
1-2 years of experience with SAP FI/CO; Blackline exposure is advantageous.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 3-4 years in accounting environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in multinational/multicultural matrix organizations with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiar with SOX controls in General Accounting and able to communicate them effectively.
Prior background in Big 4 public accounting or captive Finance Shared Service Centre is a plus; proficiency in advanced Excel functions and Blackline preferred.
