Machine Learning Engineer - Python and SQL

Apply machine learning, data science, and Generative AI techniques to solve complex business problems and generate actionable insights.

Design, develop, validate, and deploy production-grade machine learning models that drive measurable business outcomes in client experience, pricing optimization, and customer acquisition.

Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful analytical and AI solutions.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative discipline.

3 to 5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or related fields.

Proficiency in Python and advanced SQL skills; experience with PySpark and large-scale data processing.

Experience deploying production-grade machine learning or AI solutions; experience in banking, financial services, or highly regulated industries preferred.

Experienced in translating ambiguous business problems into scalable analytical and machine learning solutions within a regulated or financial domain.

Strong operating style in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management including technical and non-technical communication at senior levels.

Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end machine learning model lifecycle including CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, and deployment frameworks.
