Own reconciliation operations including data sourcing, mapping, and matching rule optimization to reduce manual interventions.
Design and manage reconciliation break workflows including research, prioritization, standardization, and escalation processes to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Provide management reporting and root cause analysis to drive process improvements and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to reduce exception rates and resolution times.
Minimum Requirements
2 to 6+ years of relevant experience in operations at asset management, investment banking, or financial services, with 2+ years in private credit investment operations including bank loan syndication and corporate actions.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with reconciliation platforms (e.g., Geneva, DUCO) preferred.
Work Experience Required: 2 to 6+ years with specified domain experience.
