Lead technical project implementations by collaborating with cross-functional teams including Solution Architects, Product Management, Development, QA, and Support throughout all project phases.
Own technical leadership with customers during implementation lifecycle to ensure successful delivery aligned with business goals.
Participate in discovery sessions, requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and performance tuning activities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or IT.
Minimum 8 years of software development and implementation experience.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring, Oracle, SQL, React JS and hands-on full stack development.
Experience with relational databases (Oracle preferred), object-relational frameworks, integration protocols (SOAP, REST, JMS, EDI), CI/CD tools (Jira, Git, Jenkins, Maven), and cloud platforms (Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading customer-facing technical implementations in an enterprise software environment, preferably with supply chain/logistics domain knowledge.
Capable of owning end-to-end software delivery lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment with attention to scalability and performance.
Comfortable working with a broad technical stack involving Java-based backend, modern web frontend technologies, cloud infrastructure, and continuous integration/automation frameworks.
