Own full lifecycle development and architecture of Salesforce applications including custom code, integrations, and technical planning.
Develop and deploy scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Force.com, and APIs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams to clarify requirements, ensure technical consistency, and communicate risks to project stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years IT experience and minimum 3+ years in Salesforce architecture, design, and development or object-oriented programming.
Salesforce Developer and Salesforce Admin Certifications are mandatory.
Proficiency in Salesforce development environment including Apex, Visualforce, Force.com, IDE, Triggers, and Web Service integration.
Experience with Salesforce Shield (Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring) and knowledge of compliance standards like FINRA, SEC, GDPR is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in custom Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions, including Person Accounts/Households and Actionable Relationship Center customization.
Strong object-oriented programming skills with the ability to balance use of Advanced Flows versus programmatic triggers to optimize org efficiency and minimize technical debt.
Capable of leading technical design and best practices around Salesforce while integrating with external/internal systems using APIs, with a problem-solving and ownership mindset.
