Own and ensure accuracy of assigned areas in monthly book closure, including financial statement schedules reconciling and reporting under IND AS and USGAAP.
Manage Direct Tax areas including Transfer Pricing documentation, tax audit, and filing with oversight from Controller.
Coordinate audits (Group, Statutory, Internal), maintain internal controls, and prepare reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and fixed asset entries maintaining timely completion within close timelines.
Minimum Requirements
CA Qualified (Chartered Accountant).
1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, audit, or taxation.
Sound knowledge of monthly book closure under IND AS and USGAAP, Direct Taxation including Transfer Pricing.
Location: Chennai (implied onsite).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience operating in a multi-GAAP environment (IND AS and USGAAP) with focus on financial close and reporting accuracy.
Capability to manage complex tax compliance including Transfer Pricing documentation and tax audits.
Comfortable liaising with audit, tax consultants, and group finance teams, and reviewing work of junior team members to drive process improvements.
