Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
8-10+ years progressive finance experience including significant Finance Business Partner role in technology, professional services, or consulting.
Professional certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred.
Must work in hybrid mode with 2pm - 11pm shift; location in India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in partnering with senior executives in high-growth, matrixed, global professional or consulting services environment.
Strong expertise in professional services financial drivers such as utilization, billable rates, margin, backlog, and pipeline forecasting.
Demonstrated capability to influence pricing, investment, and go-to-market strategy through commercial insight and strategic financial analysis.
