Lead and manage the International Supply Chain Backend engineering team responsible for architecture, development, and maintenance of supply chain solutions.

Ensure engineering excellence through best practices in development, code quality, performance tuning, and operational management.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10+ years software engineering experience with at least 2+ years in people management.
Experience leading a team of 10-12 engineers with end-to-end delivery ownership of cloud-based projects.
Proficiency in backend technologies including Java, Spring/Springboot and expertise in microservices, RESTful/SOAP web services, and cloud distributed systems (preferably Azure).
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field OR 7 years engineering experience with 2 years supervisory experience as alternate criteria.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing high-performing engineering teams in cloud-native, large-scale distributed systems environment with strong stakeholder and program management skills.
Technically hands-on with a background in building scalable, event-driven microservices architectures and driving engineering excellence.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced agile settings with strong communication skills to influence and align cross-functional teams on strategic delivery goals.
