Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in transportation planning, logistics, business administration, urban planning, or related field.
Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in transportation management, fleet operations, or corporate mobility services with leadership responsibilities.
Proven experience managing shuttle operations or corporate employee transport programs, preferably in hospitality, IT, or facilities management industries.
On-site location requirement: Bengaluru, Karnataka; Work hours 48 per week; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transport regulatory compliance mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of handling complex vendor negotiations, contract management, and service level agreements in transportation services.
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in route optimization, GPS tracking systems, and transportation software.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate with HR, real estate, workplace services, and navigate compliance and audit processes within corporate facility management environment.
