Minimum Requirements
16 to 20 years of experience in Data Management, Data Strategy, Analytics, or Digital Transformation.
5+ years leading enterprise-scale Data and AI transformation initiatives.
Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or regulated industries preferred but not mandatory.
MBA or Masters in relevant field preferred; excellent stakeholder management and communication skills required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven leader with experience bridging business, data, technology, analytics, and AI teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Demonstrated expertise in enterprise data governance, data products, metadata management, and AI-ready data ecosystems.
Familiarity with enterprise data management platforms (e.g., Collibra, Informatica) and emerging AI technologies like Generative AI and Agentic AI.
