Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree.
7+ years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in AWS Cloud Architecture, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps (ArgoCD), Helm, Monitoring & Observability tools (e.g., Datadog).
Experience with DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, AI/ML infrastructure, HIPAA and regulated healthcare environments; Work hours 1 PM to 10 PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader in cloud platform engineering within healthcare or regulated environments emphasizing security and compliance.
Strong technical ownership in AWS and Kubernetes-based platform build and automation with AI/analytics enablement.
Capable of mentoring engineers and leading platform reliability and operational excellence initiatives in complex, scalable environments.
