Program Management Lead – Culture Transformation

Lead and coordinate the implementation and execution of the Growth Habits Advocate initiative to embed culture transformation across the organization.

Manage program milestones, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration including sales, operations, communications, marketing, and HR-related functions.

Support culture change enablement by working with leaders and advocates to drive mindset and behavior change aligned with the organizational culture vision, while managing risks and governance.

Proven experience managing complex IT programs or projects with multi-geography and multi-industry exposure.

Expertise in cost and scope management, change control, project governance, and dependency/risk mitigation.

Knowledge of business intelligence, data analysis, and operational reporting.

Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP preferred but not explicitly stated as mandatory; familiarity with Agile and DevOps is preferred but not mandatory.

Experienced program or project manager with a background in services business or technology-led culture transformation initiatives.
