Solve complex time series forecasting problems critical to Walmart's supply chain and business operations.
Develop, present, and evolve forecasting/prediction and root-cause analysis solutions, including building pipelines and APIs for production use.
Research and apply new technologies while mentoring junior team members in delivering robust data science solutions.
Minimum Requirements
B.Tech or MSc with 9+ years experience OR M.Tech with 6+ years experience in AI time series forecasting, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
Proficient in Python, PySpark, BigQuery and ML libraries such as sklearn, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
Experience with cloud platforms like GCP or Azure for distributed computing and scalability.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 6 years in analytics or related field; relevant advanced degree or experience combinations as detailed above.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in applying advanced time series forecasting and machine learning techniques in large data environments, specifically in supply chain or business forecasting contexts.
Capable of transforming proofs-of-concept into scalable, production-ready pipelines and APIs.
Strong in mentoring and influencing, able to communicate complex data science solutions effectively to stakeholders.
