Lead and support strategic sourcing initiatives including spend analysis, forecasting, TCO and should cost modeling, supplier negotiation, and category strategy development.
Manage procurement operations including purchase requisition to purchase order processes, contract and supplier performance reporting, supplier risk tracking, and ad-hoc sourcing requests.
Engage directly with clients to deliver procurement and supply chain improvements through data-driven decision making and process optimization, with responsibility for quality output and stakeholder communication.
Minimum Requirements
3-10+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or consulting, preferably with Fortune 1000 companies.
Expert proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, charts) and MS PowerPoint; financial and data assessment skills required.
At least 1 year of experience with Procure-To-Pay platforms such as Ariba or Coupa highly preferred.
Experience with procurement tools like SAP, Ariba, Coupa and sourcing in categories like IT, Professional Services, CAPEX, MRO, Marketing, etc.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to drive sourcing projects end-to-end and influence stakeholders at various organizational levels through data-backed insights.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, client-facing environments requiring multitasking across analytics, reporting, and operational support.
Experienced in procurement analytics, strategic sourcing, and use of digital procurement platforms, indicating readiness for consulting advisory roles.
