Ensure quality assurance by maintaining JLL's design standards, conducting design reviews, and implementing sustainable design practices where applicable.
Minimum Requirements
8-10 years of progressive experience in corporate fitout design, preferably with Grade A commercial office buildings.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; knowledge of BIM software (Revit) preferred.
Must be located on-site in Mumbai, India; Familiarity with Indian building codes (NBC) and local municipal regulations.
