Functionally lead and mentor a team of data engineers in an Agile environment to deliver enterprise-level data products and reporting capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 6+ years of overall work experience in data engineering or related roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative discipline.
Proficient with Python, Kafka, Spark Streaming, Azure Data technologies (SQL Server, Cosmos DB/MongoDB, Event Hubs, Data Lake Storage, Search).
Location: On-site in Bengaluru, KA; experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and operating data pipelines and storage solutions across distributed systems handling both structured and unstructured data.
Strong technical leadership skills with ability to lead technical design and mentor junior engineers in an Agile setting.
Comfortable working globally with cross-functional teams and adapting quickly to evolving technologies and business needs.
