Senior Manager - Finance Analytics

Manage and lead a finance analytics team supporting a large, complex global business unit or finance function, including hiring, performance management, and career development.

Drive and oversee complex financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to influence strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with business and corporate objectives.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP), manage business controls, policy development, and coordinate with external auditors and vendors.

Typically 10+ years of experience in a finance function with at least 2+ years in supervisory or project leadership roles.

First level university degree in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.

Onsite work required primarily from an HPE office.

Superior understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and people management across countries.

Experienced manager with ability to lead large teams across multiple countries within a global finance context.

Strong strategic consulting and influencing skills with experience driving long-term business planning and policy development.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial operations, ensuring compliance and business control across multiple regions.
