Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years or Master's degree with 2+ years in data analytics.
Proven experience in identifying and solving business problems related to sales, marketing optimization, pricing, client experience, cross-sell, or retention in financial services.
Proficiency in Python, PySpark, Hive, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience working with structured and unstructured data, and applying predictive modeling and NLP techniques.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced analyst comfortable handling complex data sets from multiple sources including call transcripts and digital data.
Skilled in hands-on data manipulation in big data environments and familiar with predictive modeling and NLP.
Capable of translating analytical insights into business strategies impacting client lifecycle and revenue growth.
