Junior Associate AR

Manage inpatient/observation accounts requiring Notification of Admission (NOA) by submitting notifications through payer portals, EDI, fax, or calls.

Handle accounts receivable follow-up activities including denials, rejections, letters of authorization, and claim corrections while maintaining documentation and compliance.

Communicate with payers ensuring timeliness and accuracy and work under HIPAA and confidentiality standards.

Graduate degree.

Strong English communication skills (spoken, written, reading).

Experience handling payer communication channels (portals, EDI, fax, calls) and understanding of AR Follow-up and Denial Management processes.

Willingness to work night shifts.

Experience or familiarity with Notification of Admission (NOA) processes is preferred.

Detail-oriented individual with ability to maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple accounts.

Someone with knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and payer follow-up related activities would be advantaged.
