Manage daily operations and administration of Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) systems and related enterprise applications.
Provide first-level user support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams or vendors for complex problem resolution.
Support application enhancements, testing activities, data maintenance, and generate reports/dashboards to improve system usability and business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Technical, Scientific, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
3 to 5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications or Project and Portfolio Management platforms.
Experience with Planisware and/or enterprise application support environments.
Work hours 1 PM to 10 PM IST; relocation assistance available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in administering enterprise PPM platforms like Planisware in a global business environment.
Skilled in data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Capable of collaborating with global, cross-cultural teams and managing user support across multiple time zones.
