Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in Java software development with proficiency in Spring Boot, Kafka, SQL/MongoDB.
Strong knowledge of Data Structures, OOP principles, and software engineering best practices including unit testing and automation.
Experience developing cloud-native applications and familiarity with container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
