Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8+ years of software development experience using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, MongoDB, SQL.
Strong knowledge of data structures, object-oriented programming, and software engineering best practices (unit testing, automation, design patterns).
Experience building horizontally scalable, resilient, low latency applications; exposure to cloud-native development and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in an Agile delivery environment with hands-on leadership and active code contribution.
Depth in building cloud-native, event-driven microservices architectures using Java ecosystem tools (Spring Boot, Kafka, Hibernate).
Ability to balance technical design with strategic planning, compliance adherence, and team resource management in a complex enterprise setting.
