Own and continuously improve the Digital Product Operating Model (DPOM) playbook content, standards, templates, and reusable assets for enterprise-wide adoption.
Design, facilitate, and iterate training sessions, accelerator workshops, and enablement experiences to help cross-functional teams consistently apply DPOM practices.
Partner with various stakeholders to socialize, distribute, and update DPOM materials based on real-world use, maturity insights, and evolving product practices including AI integration.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
Minimum 12 years of experience in Digital Product, Product Management, Product Leadership, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, or related disciplines.
Experience creating and maintaining product management playbooks, training materials, or related enablement assets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts into practical guidance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced product operations or product enablement professional with a track record of scaling product management standards at enterprise level.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex product management concepts into practical, reusable tools and training that facilitate adoption across diverse teams.
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and building new product standards, with familiarity in healthcare/biotech or regulated industries preferred, as well as knowledge of AI-native product development and responsible AI principles.
